This phased renovation revitalizes an aging tennis facility for UNC's nationally recognized collegiate tennis programs. The project includes the replacement of 12 competition and practice courts, upgraded lighting for the championship court, new stadium-style covered seating, and a spectator support building with concessions, restrooms, and access to the seating areas. A new team facility will serve both the men’s and women’s tennis programs, providing locker rooms, player lounges, training spaces, offices, and recruiting areas. Renovations to the existing indoor facility include resurfacing all six courts and addressing structural issues within the 30-year-old building.
