This historic stadium was comprehensively reconstructed to support UNC's nationally recognized soccer and lacrosse programs. The project reconfigured the existing stadium, relocating track and field facilities elsewhere on campus to accommodate an expanded playing surface and enhanced spectator seating. The new 4,200-seat stadium includes a press box and a combined support building with concessions, restrooms, and team facilities. The team building provides locker rooms, sports medicine areas, player lounges, meeting spaces, and coaches’ offices for the men’s and women’s soccer programs and women’s lacrosse.
