The Loudermilk Center for Excellence at Kenan Memorial Stadium is an essential game-day facility that also supports the academic and athletic performance of UNC student-athletes. The facility adds seating and luxury suites for 3,500 spectators and completes the pedestrian concourse surrounding the stadium. Video boards are integrated along the roof of the building and opposite end zone. Inside, the Academic Center provides 10,000 square feet of study spaces, tutoring and meeting rooms, small classrooms, and academic staff offices. The building also includes a shared fitness and weight training facility for all student-athletes, along with a ground-floor home for the UNC men’s lacrosse program.
