TowneBank Center was constructed to replace the outdated press box, upgrade fan seating, and improve game-day facilities at Carter-Finley Stadium. The concourse level includes public restrooms, ticketing, concessions, a commercial catering kitchen, and first aid facilities. Above, four additional levels provide approximately 1,000 club seats and 52 private suites, along with modern press, television production, and game operations spaces. The 116,000-square-foot facility was completed in phases in time for the football season.
