The Central Services Building for Chatham County Schools is a 38,000 SF administrative and support facility located east of Pittsboro. The building provides a consolidated home for the school system’s administrative offices, including a board of education meeting room, rooms for professional development and staff training, and office space for district departments, including human resources, academics and instruction, finance and child nutrition, operations, IT, and the superintendent's office. The facility also houses the district’s data center, a system-wide warehouse, and a freezer shared by all schools.
