The Cary Tennis Park improvements were a phased development for the Town of Cary’s existing tennis facilities. Phase I replaced eight deteriorating asphalt courts with post-tensioned concrete slabs to improve durability and playing conditions. Phase II added a seven-court covered facility to allow for year-round use regardless of weather. The project was completed on schedule and within budget and was ready to support a major town-hosted tennis event.
