CRA led the master planning effort for the Cary Tennis Park following a series of successful expansion projects completed over the past decade. The comprehensive plan enhances the park's capacity, functionality, and visitor experience while supporting its continued role as a premier regional tennis destination.

Proposed improvements include up to 30 new pickleball courts, expanded shade structures, 300 additional spectator seats, enhanced elevated viewing areas, expanded parking with a structured parking deck, EV charging stations, and a rooftop solar array for the existing covered courts.

The master plan also introduces a new two-story clubhouse designed to support both daily operations and tournament events. It features a welcoming public entrance, an expanded pro shop, a new home for the North Carolina Tennis Hall of Fame, and locker rooms, fitness facilities, and lounge spaces.
